United Hebrew is at the forefront of long term care, having opened its new nursing center in 2009, The Lucile and Joseph Skalet Pavilion. Our new nursing home features private rooms with stunning views overlooking Long Island Sound and a short term rehabilitation suite staffed by Burke Rehabilitation trained therapists. The new pavilion also has a landscaped courtyard garden, resident activity centers fully equipped with a library, arts & crafts room; a 2,300-square-foot multi-purpose room and a café. Each floor contain clusters of rooms which mimic individual neighborhoods and creates a strong sense of community. Willow Towers residents have priority access to United Hebrew nursing and rehabilitation pavilion.
